It was at a PEO that he co-founded 20 years ago that was perhaps the most important role, spending a decade as Chief Operations Officer. This experience allowed him to understand the issues that small to mid-size businesses deal with on a daily basis, and more importantly, how to resolve them.
Jim is currently licensed in all line of insurance; health and life, as well as property and casualty insurance, which gives him insights into clients’ needs in those areas.
